Just wanted to say how much I love the show and find it SO interesting, it has truly changed my way of eating and the way i look at food…im now vegetarian.and careful and much more choosy about what i eat…its so informative and I love Gillian’s straight forward approach…good on her!!! I don’t watch an awful lot of tv but never miss the show..and was very pleased when this series ended ,a new ‘One year later show’ started….:) great…:)
